Hello! Thank you for participating in this survey. This questionnaire consists of 21 questions and aims to understand your true feelings and experiences during the process of reading Chinese mythological stories. The survey is conducted anonymously, and the information provided will be strictly kept confidential. The results will only be used for academic research. The answers have no right or wrong distinction. Please feel free to fill out the questionnaire based on your actual reading experience.
Empathy refers to the psychological process where readers can put themselves in the shoes of the characters in the legend, understand their situations, feel their emotions, and form a connection with them. Applying the empathy theory to the reading of Chinese mythological legends aims to help you delve deeper into the inner world of the mythological characters, understand their behavioral choices and cultural logic, and thereby resonate emotionally with the characters, the story, and the author, thereby enhancing your understanding of Chinese mythology and its spiritual connotations.
